From the 1st April 2020, please note that all card transactions on Powertime will incur a 3,5% VAT inclusive fee due to the significant increase in the bank fees pushed by Payments Association of South Africa (PASA).

• Instant EFT (OZOW)

• EFT

Still no charge when using Electronic funds Transfer (EFT). EFT is a transfer of money from one bank account to another. It takes less than a minute for your PayGenius wallet to be loaded after Support received the proof of payment from the bank.

Support Hours
